Twinkle Baby

I absolutely recommend this shop—the customer service is truly outstanding! I bought a Joolz stroller and the next day realized that I wasn’t happy with the color I had chosen. With my flight only three days away, I worried it might be impossible to change it in time, but I decided to contact the store. I was really impressed by how fast and kind they were: they immediately replied, saying they would go to the warehouse the next day to check the availability of the color I wanted. The following day, they got back to me and confirmed that I could come pick up the stroller in the color I preferred. The whole process was easy, fast, and handled with great care—truly beyond my expectations. It’s rare to find a shop that genuinely listens to its customers and goes out of its way to solve any issues with courtesy and professionalism. I felt supported and valued from start to finish. I’m thrilled with both the stroller and the service I received, and I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases!

We contacted them from Turkey and everything was perfectly arranged when we arrived. Federico was incredibly friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful. He answered all our questions right away and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The store has a wide variety of products, and it was a pleasure to explore everything in person. Thank you so much, Federico — we really appreciated your warm welcome and support!

I don't normally write Google reviews, but this baby store in Rome truly saved our trip! We found ourselves in desperate need of a stroller, and they had one available for rent, which was a lifesaver. They also provided a cozy area for breastfeeding. The staff was incredibly friendly (special thanks to Sandra!), even letting us stay while our baby napped. Highly recommend for any parents traveling with young children! Grazie mille!
